At project kickoff, confirm enclosure dimensions, internal equipment list, module count, mounting method, door cutouts, cable routing, materials, surface treatment, and target protection ratings. During design, focus on checking module spacing, DIN rail and mounting plate fixation, wire duct capacity, grounding paths, door clearance, and future expansion space.

Post-manufacturing, inspect appearance, dimensions, assembly, and functionality. For appearance, inspect for sheet metal deformation, welds, bends, coatings, and sharp edges. For assembly, check DIN rails, mounting plates, partitions, wire ducts, hinges, locks, and door fitment. For interfaces, verify cable entries, button cutouts, display cutouts, viewing windows, and grounding points against drawings.

Before delivery, verify that modules are easy to assemble and disassemble, terminals and wire ducts have adequate maintenance access, and door-mounted components do not interfere with internal structures. If the enclosure includes gaskets, thermal management units, cable glands, or other protective accessories, inspect them in the final assembled state. Update drawings and re-evaluate space, heat dissipation, and protection ratings whenever adding modules, cutouts, or adjusting internal layouts.
